Justice Works Sometimes.....

   I must commend the jurors on the Casey Anthony trial. They gave me back a inkling of belief that the system works!!! As the Judge said there was going to be some upset people over the verdict, but from all I have read and watched, the State just could not prove their case,"without the benefit of a doubt". So the Jury made the right decision... "A Person is assumed Innocent until Proven guilty"!!!
  The people who caused the circus they called a Trail was the prosecution, the police, and the media!!
The first Mistake I think I seen was the fact, that after the Mom made the 911 call, she lead police to believe her
daughter was capable of killing her own child... So they were off and running, they set their sights on Casey and NEVER left her. They never even looked at anyone else in the family, the boyfriend whom she was living with, or the "Nanny" who had been tending the little girl a few days earlier. They didn't even look at the Utility guy who found the remains, in a Area which had already been searched in previous days. Everyone is of the opinion that she was guilty because she was out partying and having a good time. Well that proves nothing.... I know of a lot of people right here in our own little paradise who leave their child or children with friends or relatives for a week-end or a few days and go party, and have a Good time.... Does that mean they killed their child or children before they left????  Noo!!! So Far no one can say without a doubt she killed her child!!!!!!  Hence Doubt #1.
   Then in the 911 call her mom states," it smells like a dead body in her car". Why would any Mother in her right mind say that to the cops?? why not a strange order, or something rotten, Why "a Dead Body"???
Does her mom know what a dead body smells like???  Also what about the Mom doing the search on the computer for chlorophyll that turned into chloroform????  It was a Family computer, anyone who lived in that house had access to that computer..... Hence Doubt #2.
   None of the evidence pointed directly to Casey,  it was all circumstantial, and bad circumstantial at that. No
finger prints on the garbage bag she was found in... no cause of death, Nothing!!!!!!  Therefore Doubt #3.
 Now for the prosecutor.... boy what a screw up, he was out for political points, and blundered everything up!!!!
  If I would have been in his shoes, I would have waited.... told the police I needed something solid to proceed. There are a lot of high profile cases still considered unsolved due to the fact they don't have the evidence to convict someone "without a Doubt". Some of these cases take months, years, even decades to solve but when they are, it is without a doubt, they have the right person.  They jumped the gun and just wanted to be able to say we got the killer......
So now The jury did their job, they had doubt, so they did not convict..... everyone should be mad at the state and their process, NOT Casey Anthony.
  Casey Anthony could say on National TV tomorrow that she killed her child and this is what happened, and guess what There is Not 1 Thing the state can do to her,  it would be double jeopardy!!! The state tried her on Every charge they could think of, So now IF that were to happen, they can't even try her on child abuse or manslaughter charges....... So as far as the State of Florida is concerned and everyone else in the country....
She is Innocent.... no matter what anyone thinks. That her her right to a trial of her peers, who found her NOT Guilty..... no hung jury, NOT Guilty. So now as for complaining about how she got away with Murder, we will never know, and truthfully it don't matter ... because as far as the state and law are concerned she is "Not Guilty"!!!
  So now lets point the finger at who it needs to be pointed at, The idiots who investigated and prosecuted the case not the Jury who followed the law and did their job!!

Hello,
My name is Kelly, And everyone says I am very opinionated...... My Mom says I was even as a child, So I guess now I am more than ever.
 Sometimes I feel bad because someone (weather friend or foe) says something on a subject and I Let them have my opinion sometimes nice and sweet, and others with both barrels. I am very passionate about my beliefs, and I am always out to try and right the wrongs of the world.
When in all Reality I sometimes can't even solve my own problems. But Trust me, I am always giving it the "ol college " try. Sometimes it helps people, and others I create monsters, that I feel I have to tame back to normal.
  I like about a Million or more people in this country believe that if I were to be put in charge for just one month, I would have all the problems solved and everyone would be fat sassy and living happily ever after.... Nice dream, huh?
 There are things I think people should know, so get ready to take off your rose colored glasses and have a Look at life and what is going on around you!!!
